Medication Refill Synchronization
Vibrant Care Pharmacy uses Med Synchronization so that providers receive a streamlined refill request for multiple medications in one transaction, allowing you to efficiently review and refill a multitude of patient medications in one request.
Delivery
Vibrant Care Pharmacy offers a convenient delivery service for our patients. Our drivers are reliable and ensure that patients’ medications arrive on time so that a dose is never missed. Patients are also welcome to pick up their medications on site and receive an in person consultation from our pharmacists.
Prior Authorization Expertise
Vibrant Care Pharmacy has experience with payers of all kinds including Medicaid, Medicare & others. By navigating the complexities of reimbursement, we help partners save time, manage medications, and lower administrative costs.
For plans that allow for pharmacy completion, we can drive the reimbursement process and finalize paperwork to authorize and reimburse medication plans.
Centralized Online Portal
Vibrant Care Pharmacy’s HIPAA compliant, secure, online Portal allows all key stakeholders to view a patient’s comprehensive medication and treatment regimen – viewing prescriptions across all providers.
Prescribers, pharmacists, case managers and facilities have customized views that allow for message exchange, shared updating of patient’s profiles, and other tools to centralize the whole care plan.
